Impeccably retro, decisively new, Wonder crowns a career that spans fifteen years and a touring schedule that has positioned Dave Snediker as one of the most beloved performers in the Northeast. Daves devotion to writing original music has brought him prowess on a variety of instruments that combine in an eloquent diversity of sound. You sense his insight of the giants who strode this path; a distant rumble of Zeppelin, a wisp of Buckleys melodic grandeur, in music that is distinctively and utterly Dave. In 2007 Dave was nominated for a SAMMY (Syracuse Music Award) for best rock CD. His early experience with Sonic Whirlpool led to a full length disk produced by Carl Candy of The Rods, and broad rotation on the airwaves in New York. Tooling up for the legendary Alt-band Nineball which recieved attention from both independent and national record labels. Since then Dave has branched out to pursue an imposing number of projects, playing with The Electric Chick Magnets, The Backwards Dog Project, The Mellow Paws, Nine Stories High and Jomamma and the Soultrane and Love Scene Clear. Dave can be heard playing drums on the ground breaking debut album from Love Scene Clear (Wave of Grace). Never one to slow down, Dave is presently armed with an acoustic for an ambitious solo tour. His multifaceted textures of rhythm and compellingly emotive melodies are bound to inspire another crop of devoted Sned Heads. Daves recent solo performances have brought him alongside Galactic, LSD, The Breakfast, Max Creek, Gorden Stone, Mecca Bodega and many others as he takes his part among the stalwarts of the live music scene. Dave has performed far and wide from places like CBGB's in New York City to The Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse to Valentines in Albany and all places in between.
